The J&R Swanberg Community Residence program is a congregate II level residential program without limitation on stay. The program is developed for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. This home is certified in accordance with article 31 of the Mental Hygiene Law and title 14, part 595 of the codes, rules and regulations of the State of New York.

We are a twenty-bed facility located in the quaint village of Waterville in Central New York. Our goal is to provide a family oriented, supportive atmosphere for people suffering from serious persistent mental illness.

Our goal is to provide hope and recovery for people with psychiatric disabilities, and to stabilize symptoms allowing the resident to reach and maintain highest level of independence possible.
