The J&R Swanberg Community Residence is located in the village of Waterville, a small friendly community that provides our residents with an opportunity to interact with the community at large.

The village has a public library, four churches, senior citizen meeting hall, grocery store, pizza parlor, coffee shop, and several restaurants are all within a short walk of the residence. Visit some of our neighborhood through the pictures below.

Transportation to daycare and workshop programs in the Utica area is available seven days a week.

Great care is taken to keep our facility atmosphere low-key and home-like. Groups such as the Lion's Club and Church groups visit the house and provide special treats for all our resident's at holiday times. In addition, this Community Residence enjoys the company of two cats, two dogs and a small aquarium. The pets enhance our home-like atmosphere.
